超声引导下细针穿刺乳腺包块细胞学检查的临床探讨

目的研究分析超声引导下细针穿刺乳腺包块细胞学检查的应用价值。方法择取84例乳腺包块患者,均在超声引导下进行细针穿刺细胞学检查。结果本组84例乳腺包块患者中,穿刺阳性者41例,约为48.81%。41例患者采取手术治疗后,病理学诊断者39例,符合率为95.12%(39/41)。结论超声引导下细针穿刺细胞学检查乳腺包块的诊断率较高,并且操作简便,对患者造成的损伤很小,经济适用,具有很高的临床应用价值。

Objective To study the analysis of application value of ultrasound guided ifne needle aspiration cytology of breast masses. Methods Selected 84 cases of breast masses were performed in patients, ifne needle aspiration biopsy under ultrasound guidance. Results The 84 cases of breast mass patients, 41 cases puncture positive, about 48.81%. 41 patients by operation after the treatment, the pathological diagnosis in 39 cases, the coincidence rate was 95.12%（39/41）. Conclusion Ultrasound guided ifne needle aspiration cytology of breast masses diagnosis rate is high, and the operation is simple, small, on patients with damage caused by economic applicable, has the very high value in clinical application.
