摘要
[目的]探寻不同果袋处理条件下锦绣黄桃果实生长发育和品质形成的规律。[方法]研究不同种类套袋对锦绣黄桃果实外观及内在品质的影响。[结果]套袋果实外观品质、商品果率均明显优于未套袋果实,其中套黄色袋和褐色袋的果实外观较好,套黄色袋和双层袋的采前落果比例较低,其商品果率较高;套袋果实可溶性果形物含量低于未套袋果实,但套黄色袋果实可溶性固形物含量与未套袋果实差异不显著。[结论]为提高锦绣黄桃果实品质和市场商品化率提供了理论依据。
[ Objective ] the aim was to explore effect of bagging on fruit quality of "Jinxiuhuangtao" peach cuhivar. [ Method] Effect of bag- ging on fruit appearance and inner quality of "Jinxiuhuangtao" peach cultivar were studied. [ Result ] The appearance quality, commercial fruits of the fruits under bagging cultivation were significantly higher than that of the fruits (CK) under non-bagging cultivation; appearance qualities of the fruit bagged with yellow-colored bags and brown-colored bags were better; commercial fruits of the fruit bagged with yellow-col- ored bags and double-layer bags were higher; the soluble solids content of the fruits under bagging cultivation were significantly lower than that of the fruits (CK) under non-bagging cultivation, but there was no significant differences in soluble solids content of the fruits between CK and bagged with yellow-colored bags. [ Conclusion ] The results provide theoretical basis for improving fruit quality and commercial fruits rate of "Jinxiuhuangtao" peach cuhivar.
