摘要
[目的]对比湖南多雨水烟叶不同变黄环境烟叶变黄特性,寻找湖南烟叶最佳变黄温湿度以促使烟叶更快更好变黄。[方法]对湖南在种不同烟草品种在不同温湿度条件下烟叶变黄状态、色素降解量以及烤后烟质量进行对比研究。[结果]研究发现,在高温中湿变黄环境条件下烟叶既能较快地失水发软变黄、色素降解速率也在一个较高的水平,烤后效果更好。[结论]对不同气候条件下形成的烟叶灵活选择变黄方法有利于提高烟叶品质。
[Objective] To compare tobacco yellowing features, find the optimal temperature, humidity and promote tobacco rapid and better yellowing. [ Method ] The yellowing state, pigment degradation amount and quality of different tobacco varieties under various temperature and humidity conditions in Hunan Province were studied. [ Result] It was found that tobacco at high temperatures under wet environmental conditions of dehydration can quickly become soft tobacco yellow, better results after the,roast. [ Conclusion] Selecting suitable yellowing method for tobac- co under different climate conditions can improve the quality of tobacco.
