摘要
提出一种动触头与线路板接触焊盘直接接触配合,省略静触头的辅助触头。结合现已采用此类型辅助触头的控制保护开关电器,对其结构与工作原理进行说明。根据两互相接触金属导体间的电导形成机理,分析了此类型辅助触头容易出现的接触不良问题,提出三种经试验论证可行的解决方案并根据实际情况选择其一成功解决问题。无静触头式辅助触头具有节省空间、结构简单及节约成本的优点。
This paper presented an auxiliary contact without fixed contacts,whose movable contacts directly contact with the contact pads of the circuit board. Based on the application in a control and protective switching device, the structure and work principle were introduced. The problems of poor contact in this auxiliary contact were analyzed with the formation mechanism of the electrical conductance between two metal conductors. Three workable solutions proved by experiments were proposed. One of the three solutions fit the actual situation best was chosen and the problem was fixed well. It was pointed out the advantages of saving space,simple structure and low cost of this auxiliary contact.
