摘要
提出了一种CAN总线终端电阻匹配系统设计方案,硬件电路主要由STM32微控制器、数字电位器MCP41010和CAN总线收发器MCP2551构成。在此基础上,设计了该系统的主副节点软件通信流程。测试结果表明,该系统软硬件设计合理,工作可靠稳定。系统能够方便工作人员测出CAN总线的较佳终端电阻阻值,具有操作方便、快捷,省时省力等特点。
A scheme of terminal resistor matching system for CAN bus was proposed. The structure of hardware mainly consists of STM32 microcontroller, digital potentiometer MCP41010 and CAN bus transceiver MCP2551. And on this basis, the software flow of the primary node and the slave node were designed. The tests results show that the software and hardware of the system are reasonable, and the operation is reliable. By the system, better terminal resistor values of CAN bus can be measured. The system has several features, such as easy to operate, time-saving and resource-saving, etc.
