摘要
利用ADAMS/Car建立整车动力学模型,分析了某款A级轿车转向节在24种静载工况下的载荷;在NASTRAN中建立了转向节有限元模型,分析各静载工况转向节的应力状况和疲劳寿命,基于分析结果,对转向节进行结构设计优化,最后通过台架试验验证了设计结果,为轿车转向节的正向设计提供了参考。
Based on an A-class vehicle, vehicle dynamic model is constructed by ADAMS/ car, and static loads on the knuckle are calculated in 24 extreme cases. The finite element model of knuckle is established by NASTRAN. The stress and fatigue life characteristics of the knuckle are ana- lyzed, then the structure is optimized and improved. At last the design is verified by a series of bench tests. Reference is provided for the positive design of vehicle knuckle.
