摘要 汽车车身轻量化是解决汽车节能减排的重要方法之一。碳纤维复合材料是车身最理想的轻量化材料。选择发动机罩作为典型的车身件,以发动机罩的尺寸优化分析和结构设计要求为设计前提,对碳纤维复合材料和发动机罩的结构进行设计,通过对设计后的发动机罩进行性能仿真分析,验证碳纤维复合材料发动机罩的可行性。 The most important method to saving energy and reduction emission is lightweight of body. Carbon fiber is the most ideal material of lightweight of vehicle. Bonnet is chosen, which is the representative sample of body, and the structure of bonnet and carbon fiber is designed, which is based on the optimization and requirement of design of bonnet. The feasibility of the designed bonnet is veri- fied through performance simulation analysis of bonnet.
