摘要
湖北省仙桃市某污水管道穿越防洪堤坝工程,通过采用泥水平衡式顶管技术,实现了不用开挖堤坝就能使管道穿越防洪大堤的设想。考虑到顶管施工对堤坝渗透变形的影响,又采用了锥探灌浆防渗技术对被穿越堤段受扰动的土体进行了防渗处理。介绍了施工方案的选择过程,侧重论述了堤身加固措施。实践表明,综合应用顶管技术和锥探灌浆防渗技术使管道穿越堤坝是切实可行的。可供类似管道穿越工程参考。
A sewage pipe project, passing through the flood dike in Xiantao City, Hubei Province, was constructed using the slurry - balance pipe - jacking technology to avoid the dike excavation. Considering the impact of the pipe - jacking construction on the seepage deformation of the dike, the additional impervious treatment was carried out to the dike body by using the cone penetration grouting. The selection of the construction scheme is introduced, and the dike reinforcement measures are presented. The practice shows that the pipe - jacking and cone penetration grouting makes the passing - through of dike feasible.
