Comprehensive Analysis of Marine Industrial Structure in China

从海洋产业的偏离—份额分析角度对我国海洋12个产业部门进行了分析比较,得到以下结论:1较突出的产业资源利用矛盾阻碍了海洋经济发展速度;2"本位主义"发展理念导致区内重复建设、产业结构同构的问题较突出;3海洋产业处在一个高位增长的黄金发展期,为实现新一轮跨越式发展,海洋经济亟须寻找和孕育新的经济增长点。

This paper from the perspective of shift-share analysis of marine industry,marine 12 sectors of our country in detail analysis and comparison,obtained the following conclusions： ① The obvious decreased of the carrying capacity of resources,the more prominent industry resource use conflicted hinder marine economic development speed.② The ＂individualism＂ development philosophy led to problems of the region to repeat construction,industrial structure isomorphism of the more prominent.③ Marine industry was in a high growth in the golden period of development,for the realization of a new round of development by leaps and bounds,marine economy,to seek new economic growth point.
