产业视角下滇中城市群城市分工与发展模式研究

Study on Cities' Division and Development Model of Yunnan Central Urban Agglomeration from Visual Angles of Industry

从产业视角构建以区位熵和偏离—份额分析法为主的指标体系,对滇中城市群城市分工与发展模式进行了时间序列动态分析。研究发现:滇中城市群的发育与成长是一条以核心城市为轴心、其他节点城市为扇面,呈放射状的不均衡发展之路;核心城市昆明第二、三产业并重发展的格局成熟而稳定,其他节点城市应依据自身的资源禀赋,在政府与市场的共同调节下,明确各自分工,协调发展;以昆明为先进制造业、核心服务业中心,其他城市为特色、优势行业和农业外围的发展模式符合当前滇中城市群发育和成长的需要,并具有实际的可操作性。

This paper built a method index system which contained location quotient and shift-share-method to study the cities＇ division and development path of Yunnan central urban agglomeration by the dynamic analysis of times series from the visual angles of industry.The results included： The way of development and growth of Yunnan central urban agglomeration was unbalanced development which made the core city as the axis,the other node cities as sectors and the shape was radioactive.The core city Kunming should have these central functions： Finance,business,information,logistics,education and culture,advanced manufacturing,and the other cities should clear division of the respective and develop themselves coordinatelly by according to the resource endowments and the dual regulation of the government and the mark.Making Kunming became the core of advanced manufacture and core service and the other cities became the periphery of characteristic,advantage industry and agriculture was not only necessary,but also capable for Yunnan central urban agglomeration which was developing and growing.
