摘要
锁紧系统是自生钻井平台的关键部件之一,为验证锁紧结构的合理性,研发试验台对锁紧系统的安全性能进行校核。利用传统力学公式和方法很难对其做直观的应力大小及分布计算,因此以有限元软件ABAQUS的非线性模块作为计算平台对其进行强度验算,并根据计算结果进行强度校核。结果表明:此试验台满足材料强度要求,能够达到设计目的,同时也为开发锁紧系统相关系列产品提供可靠数据。
The locking system is a key component of offshore drilling platform, in order to verify the rationality of the locking structure, special research and development of the test bench to check the safety performance of the locking system. It is difficult to simulate its stress value and distribution accurately by using classical mechanics,therefore strength analysis of test bench is finished based on the finite element software Abaqus as the analysis platform and checking the strength according to the calculation results. The results showed that, its strength to meet the design requirements, can achieve the goal of the originally design, at the same time it also provides the reliable data for the development of the locking system related products.
