管道卡箍连接方式安装时,对管道两端外表面密封处的光洁度要求较高、孔的中心轴线要求对齐,且不能根据管内流体压力大小对卡箍压紧力进行动态调节。可利用在卡箍内部安装可充气式气囊的方法来解决上述问题。充气式管道连接卡箍在安装后对气囊进行充气,能将管道两端外表面完全贴合从而保证密封,因此其对管道两端外表面密封处的光洁度要求不高;另外即使两管道的中轴线有一定的偏差,也能通过气囊自适应伸缩能力来保证密封;采用充气式管道连接卡箍后,可根据气囊的充气压力来改变卡箍对管道的压力,也就是具有动态调节压力能力。充气式管道连接卡箍因采用了气囊密封形式,具有独特的柔性特点,使管路具有抗震动的能力,其能吸收来自各方向力的冲击,同时具有抗收缩和膨胀的能力,与焊接、法兰及普通卡箍连接方式相比,管路系统的稳定性增加,更适合温度的变化。
