摘要
【目的】探明春小麦干物质积累变化与种子活力指标间的关系。【方法】通过田间试验,测5个不同品种春小麦开花后营养器官干物质转运量、转运率、籽粒贡献率,籽粒收获后测定种子发芽率、活力指数、幼苗长度、幼苗鲜重、幼苗干重等指标。【结果】不同品种的产量、积累系数和种子活力呈现一定的变化趋势,籽粒产量高低的顺序是新春15号>新春26号>新春17号>新春6号>新春13号;积累系数的排序是新春17号>新春26号>新春15号>新春6号>新春13号;种子活力指数大小的排序是新春17号>新春26号>新春15号>新春6号>新春13号。【结论】春小麦种子活力大小与籽粒产量高低的变化趋势并不完全一致,种子活力的大小与干物质积累系数、籽粒分配率、幼苗干鲜重等指标相关性相对较大。
[ Objective ] The purpose of the study was to determine the influence of yield components on seed vigor index of spring wheat. [ Method ] Five different varieties of spring wheat seeds were used for this test. After flowering, the transport rate of dry matter was measured and the contribution rate of grain after the grain was harvested, then those indicators such as germination rate, vigor index and seedling fresh ,weight, seedling analyzed seedling length, dry weight were measured. [ Result] Among these five varieties,the grain yield order was like this: Xinchun 26 〉 Xinchun 15 〉 Xinchun 17 〉 Xinchun 6 〉 Xinchun 13 ;The accumulation co- efficient of sorting was Xinchun 26 〉 Xinchun 17 〉 Xinchun 6 〉 Xinchun 15 〉 Xinchun 13 ; Seed vigor index sorting was: Xinchun 26 〉 Xinchun 17 〉 Xinchun 13 〉 Xinchun 15. [ Conclusion]The trend of spring wheat seed vigor changed in size and grain yield were not completely consistent, and the indicators greatly related with seed vigor were dry matter accumulation coefficient, dry grain allocation rate and seedlin~ fresh weight.
