红花根际微生物群落磷脂脂肪酸(PLFAs)特征分析 被引量:6

摘要 【目的】研究新疆主栽品种红花根际微生物群落特征,探讨根际土壤微生物对品种响应的差异。【方法】采用磷脂脂肪酸(PLFAs)方法,检测红花根际土壤微生物PLFAs的种类及含量。【结果】在红花根际土壤中共检测到28种PLFAs,其中24种两个品种皆有分布,裕民无刺品种特有PLFAs为:15:1ω6c,a16:0,18:3ω6c(6,9,12),20:4ω6(9,12,15c);红花根际土壤中PLFAs含量细菌>真菌>放线菌;脂肪酸18:1ω9c(真菌)在两品种间差异显著。【结论】红花根际土壤微生物的磷脂脂肪酸生物标记种类和含量丰富,代表细菌的PLFA种类和数量最多,细菌在根际土壤中占优势;代表假单胞菌的PLFA(18:1ω7c)含量较高,可能与土壤中的固氮作用及解磷过程密切相关;红花品种间PLFA种类和含量存在一定差异。 [ Objective]To find the soil microbial communities in the rhizosphere of Yumin Stingless and Yunnan Aidatou ,two varieties of Carthamus tinctorius L. , which are main varieties of Xinjiang. [ Method] U- sing phospholipid fatty acids biomarkers(PLFAs) to detect the type and content of rhizosphere microbial PL- FAs. [Result]The result showed that 28 PLFAs biomarkers were detected, 24 of which were distributed in rhizosphere of the two materials, and 15 : 1ω6c, a16 : 0,18 : 3ω6c ( 6,9,12 ), 20 : 40ω6 ( 9,12,15c ) were just found in PLFAs s from Yumin Stingless ; The quantities of PLFAs related to bacteria were higher than those to fungi or to actinomycetes, and fatty acid was 18:1 ω9c (fungus) in two significant different cuhivars. [ Con- clusion ] Phospholipid fatty acid biomarkers were rich in rhizosphere soil of safflower, PLFA representative of bacteria indicated that the bacteria in the rhizosphere soils was predominant; And we found Pseudomonas PL- FA (18:1ω7c) content was higher, which may be closely related to soil nitrogen fixation and solubilizing process; It had great impact on the fungal species, and soil bacteria and actinomycetes rhizosphere was not significant. There existed some differences in PLFA between the types and contents of safflower varieties.
