摘要
【目的】快速驯化适于页岩油生产污水处理的活性污泥和验证辐射染污区微生物在有机废水处理中的应用性。【方法】通过向页岩油生产污水投加核辐射污染区微生物菌群,以强化和驯化处理污水微生物菌群,经过40 d的驯化,获得活性较强的活性污泥。对其主要微生物群落进行筛选和特性分析,选取其中35株代表性细菌进行序列分析。【结果】菌株分布于细菌域的9个属:短波单胞杆菌属(Brevundimonas)、棒状杆菌属(Corynebacterium)、节杆菌属(Arthrobacter)、八叠球菌(Sporosarcina)、嗜冷杆菌属(Psychrobacter)、不动杆菌属(Acinetobacter)、芽胞杆菌属(Bacillus)、深海细菌(Exiguobacterium)和鞘氨醇杆菌(Sphingobacterium)。其中,短波单胞杆菌属(Brevundimonas)和节杆菌属(Arthrobacter)属菌为主要菌群,约占所测菌株的50%。多数菌株具有脱氮或降解芳香族化合物、有机烃等功能。【结论】辐射污染区微生物资源在有机化合物污染处理中的重要作用。
[ Objective ] The project aims to accelerate activated sludge culture for treatment of wastewater from shale oil process and investigate the microbies from the radiation pollution area application in organic pol- lution bioremediation. [ Method ] The microbes isolated from the radiation pollution area were used to strength en the treatment of wastewater from shale oil process. After incubation for about 40 d, activated sludge with high competence was obtained. Based on the characteristics of strains from the activated sludge, thirty five iso- lates were picked up for community composition analysis. solates were assigned to one of the following nine throbacter , the genera Sporosarcina [ Result] The sequence analysis showed that these i- recognized , Psychrobacte ,Acinetobacter, Bacillus, genera: Brevundimonas , Corynebacterium , Ar- Exiguobacterium and Sphingobacterium dominant groups, and accounted for up ~ Of these, to approxi-mately 50%. Functions analysis indicated that most isolates were related to denitrogenation and degradation of aromatic compounds or petroleum hydrocarbons. [ Conclusion ] Microbial resources from the radiation pollution area promise good application prospects in organic pollution bioremediation.
