雪菊种子的萌发特性研究

Research on the Seeds Germination Characteristics of Coreopsis Tinctoria

【目的】研究浸种时间、温度、光照等条件对雪菊种子萌发的影响。【方法】设置0（CK）、4、8、12、16和20h六个浸种时间，5、10、15、20、25和30℃六个温度处理和0＂C／10℃、100c／20℃、15℃／25℃三个变温处理，全光照、光照／黑暗（12h／12h）交替和全黑暗三个光照处理对雪菊种子进行处理，测定发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数。【结果】雪菊种子形状为纺锤形，纵径（2．45±0．03）mm，横径（0．85±0．01）mm，种皮褐色至黑褐色；千粒重（0．3893±0．0024）g。雪菊种子适宜的浸种时间为4h，萌发温度为20～25℃，光照与黑暗条件均可正常发芽。【结论】雪菊种子小而轻，温度是影响雪菊种子萌发的主要因素，雪菊种子为光不敏感型种子。

[ Objective] To study the seeds germination characteristics of Coreopsis tinctoria under different treatments of soaking time, germination temperature and light. [ Method ] The germination rate, germination po- tential and germination index were determined by different treatments of soaking seed with 0 h （ck） ,4 h ,8 h, 12 h, 16 h, 20 h , germination temperature with 5 ℃, 10℃, 15 ℃, 20℃, 25 ℃, 30℃ and variable temperature with 0℃/10% ,10℃/20%, 15℃/25% and the effect of full light,light alternates with dark （12h/12h） and full darkness. [ Result] The results showed that the shape of Coreopsis tinctoria seeds was bursiform with verti- cal diameter of 2.45 ± 0.03 mm and transverse diameter of 0.85 ±0.01 mm, with the seeds coat color from brown to dark brown and 0.389 3 ± 0. 002 4 g for 1 000 - grain weight. The germination characteristics which was suitable for 4 h soaking time, the from 200℃ to 25 ℃, in both light and dark conditions. [ Conclusion ] It was indicated that the Coreopsis tinctoria seed mainly affected by temperature was a kind of light - insensitive seeds with small size and light weight.
