摘要
【目的】根据有关初乳中IgG在肠道吸收机制及其影响因素的最新研究进展,给新生羔羊分别补喂不同的制备物,探究改善或提高新生羔羊免疫力的技术方法。【方法】选取新生羔羊40只,根据初生重随机分为5组,每组8只,以口服方式在新生羔羊出生后12 h补喂4种补喂物,分别在补喂前和补喂后3 h采血,测定血浆中IgG、IgA含量,并空腹称取7 d体重。【结果】试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅲ组、试验Ⅳ组新生羔羊血浆中IgG含量在补喂后分别增加了19.68%(P>0.05)、38.71%(P>0.05)、43.89%(P>0.05),IgA含量分别增加了25.28%(P>0.05)、6.13%(P>0.05)、22.71%(P>0.05)。而在对照组、试验Ⅱ组中,血浆中IgG含量分别降低了3.01%(P<0.05)、36.90%(P<0.05),IgA含量分别降低了29.06%(P<0.01)、22.28%(P<0.01)。各试验组在7 d体增重方面差异不显著(P>0.05)。【结论】羔羊出生12 h后分别补喂磷酸盐缓冲液、磷酸盐缓冲液配制的血浆蛋白粉和磷酸盐缓冲液、血浆蛋白粉、大豆胰蛋白酶抑制剂的组合物有增加羔羊血浆中IgG、IgA含量的趋势,而补喂含大豆胰蛋白酶抑制剂的磷酸盐缓冲液显著降低了羔羊血浆中的IgG、IgA含量;4种补喂物对新生羔7日龄内的增重均无显著影响。
[ Objective ] This study was based on the research progress of absorption mechanism of colos- trum IgG in the intestinal and its factors. Supplemented with different kinds of oral preparation to newborn lambs to explored technical method about improving the concentration of immunoglobulin in plasma of newborn lambs. [Method] 40 newborn lambs were randomly divided into 5 groups according to birth weight. Each group had 8 newborn lambs. Each group was supplemented with one kind of oral preparation at 12h after birth. Plasma was collected before feeding and 3 h after feeding and and the subjects were weighed when they were 7 days old. [ Result] Compared with before feeding, the concentration of IgG in plasma of newborn lambs of trial I, III and IV were increased by 19.68 % ( P 〉 0.05 ), 38.71% ( P 〉 0.05 ), 43.89 % ( P 〉 0.05 ) re- spectively; the concentration of IgA in plasma of newborn lambs were increased by 25.28% (P 〉 0.05 )6.13 % (P 〉 0.05 ) ,22.71% (P 〉 0.05 ) respectively, but the concentration of IgG in plasma of newborn lambs of control group,trial II was decreased 3.01% (P 〈0.05) ,29.06% (P 〈0.01) ,22.28% (P 〈0.01) ,36. 90% (P 〈 0.05 ) compared with before feeding,the concentration of IgA in plasma of newborn lambs was de- creased 29.06% ( P 〈 0.01 ) ,22.28% ( P 〈 0.01 ) respectively. Among each trial group, the body weight gain at 7 day -old were no significantly different (P 〉 0.05 ). [ Conclusion] The concentration of IgG ,IgA in plas- ma of newborn lambs were increased by oral supplemented with phosphate buffer, phosphate buffer containing spray - dried plasma protein and the composition of phosphate buffer, spray - dried plasma protein, soybean trypsin inhibitor at 12 h after birth. However, the concentration of IgG, IgA in plasma of newborn Iambs was decreased by oral supplemented with phosphate buffers containing soybean trypsin inhibitor; And the body weight gain was not significantly affected by supplemented with 4 kinds of oral preparation.
