摘要
要想使得QC活动的成果优良,不在于QC成果能解决难以解决的问题,而在于QC课题能否符合"小、实、活、新"的特点,能否按照PDCA循环的原理解决实际问题,能否带来有形效益和无形效益,从而为解决此类问题起到指导作用。
In order to make the results of QC activities excellent QC results is not able to solve difficult problems, but that can meet the QC issues ＂small, real, live, new＂ features, whether in accordance with the principles of the PDCA cycle to solve practical problem, can bring tangible benefits and intangible benefits, so as to play a guiding role in solving these problems.
