According to the new problems on the current food safety in our country, and basing on the further analyzes on the significance of the construction of regional food safety information platform and the overall framework, some basic construction strategies are discussed on the of food safety monitoring platform： to establish a unified food safety information management system, to formulate unified national food safety information technical specification, to set up the whole process of food safety traceability system, to establish a regional centre of cloud computing platform,to organize a quality supervision team.
