摘要
根据目前我国食品安全面临的新问题,深入分析了建设区域性食品安全信息化平台的重要意义及总体构成框架,探讨了构建食品安全信息化平台的基本策略:建立统一的食品安全信息管理体系,制定全国统一的食品安全信息化技术规范,建立食品安全全过程追溯体系,建立区域性云计算中心平台,建设高素质监管队伍。
According to the new problems on the current food safety in our country, and basing on the further analyzes on the significance of the construction of regional food safety information platform and the overall framework, some basic construction strategies are discussed on the of food safety monitoring platform: to establish a unified food safety information management system, to formulate unified national food safety information technical specification, to set up the whole process of food safety traceability system, to establish a regional centre of cloud computing platform,to organize a quality supervision team.
