基于DEA理论的浙江省地市级公共图书馆效率评价研究

Study on Public Library Efficiency Evaluation of Zhejiang Province Based on DEA Theory

应用数据包络分析(DEA)测量了浙江省11个地市级公共图书馆的全要素效率、单个投入变量和单个产出变量的效率。并依据三种产出导向的效率得分对各决策单元(DMU)进行了相应分析。结果表明湖州市图书馆、绍兴市图书馆和台州市图书馆有必要对公共图书馆的投入资源进行整合优化,加强工作人员培训,增强服务理念,加大宣传力度,来增强图书馆的使用效率。

In this paper, through application of data envelopment analysis（DEA）, the author measured total factor productivity, single input variable efficiency and single output variable efficiency in eleven municipal public libraries of Zhejiang Province., and analyzed each decision-making unit（DMU） according to the three kind of scores of output oriented efficiency. The results show that it is necessary to integrate and optimize the input resources of public libraries such as Huzhou library, Shaoxing library and Taizhou library, to focus on the staff training, the service concept and the propaganda to enhance the efficiency of public library.
