摘要
汉语医患交际语境下,言语不礼貌主要通过直接性不礼貌和间接性不礼貌两种方式发生,它是交际双方为实现交际意图,如维护身份、地位、面子、宣泄负面情绪需求,而顺应语境的一种语言交际策略。
In Chinese context, verbal impoliteness in doctor-patient communication is realized through bold-on-record impoliteness and off-record impoliteness. The former is realized though challenging, criticism, verbal taboos and warning, while the latter is in terms of sarcasm. By adapting to contextual correlates, verbal impoliteness is employed by the speaker as a language form and communicative strategy so as to fulfill his or her communicative intentions.
