A harmonious relationship between the teacher and students is important to improve the quality of education and the teacher＇s and students＇ physical and mental health. Because of the novice teacher＇ s young age and limited experience, their association with students has some particular characteristics. Although most of high school novice teachers can live in harmony with students, but some of them establish unharmonious relationship with students. The relationship between the novice teacher and students is influenced by the teacher and students themselves and the teacher＇ s pre-serviee education. To establish a harmonious relationship with students, the novice teachers need to cooperate with students, and they also need the support of the school and students＇ parents.
