民族自治州科技发展的SWOT分析及对策——以贵州省三个民族自治州为例

The SWOT Analysis and Countermeasure of Development of Ethnic Autonomous Prefecture Science and Technology——Taking Three Ethnic Autonomous Prefecture of Guizhou Province as Example

2009年以来贵州省综合科技进步水平指数均排名在全国倒数第二位,而省内的三个民族自治州的综合科技进步水平指数又都低于全省平均水平,民族自治州的科技发展状况堪忧。以贵州省三个民族自治州为例,采用SWOT分析方法探讨当前民族自治州科技发展存在的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,在此基础上提出加快少数民族自治州科技发展的对策建议。

Since 2009, the index of overall scientific and technological progressing level of Guizhou province ranked second from the bottom in the country, while the indexes of three ethnic autonomous prefectures scientific and technological progress are all lower than the provincial average. Therefore, the situation of development of ethnic autonomous prefecture science and technology is not optimistic. Taking three ethnic autonomous prefecture of Guizhou province as example, this paper adopts the SWOT analysis method to discuss the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of current development of ethnic autonomous prefecture science and technology and puts forward the counter- measures to enhance the development.
