从礼射到投壶看中国古代体育的变迁特征

On the Changes in Ancient China Sports:from Hitting in the Ritual to Cast Pot in the Ritual

采用文献资料法和历史逻辑法,以我国古代"礼射"和"投壶"活动的历史变迁过程为典型案例进行分析,得出我国古代体育活动发展变迁的三大特征:古代体育活动开展的意义从"明等级"到"宣教化"的转变;活动的属性从非日常性的活动变换为日常性的活动,即从仪式化逐渐走向生活化;活动的功能从带有强烈竞技性的活动逐步变换为休闲娱乐性的活动。

By means of the methods of literature and historical logic, this paper analyzes the changing process of ancient China sports ＂hitting in the ritual＂ and ＂cast pot in the ritual＂ as a typical case and finds out that the change of ancient China sports development has three major characteristics： the change of meaning of the ancient sports activities from the level of ＂Ming＂ to the ＂mission＂, the change change of activity from the daily activities to out of daily activities, that is, from ritualized gradually towards life, the change of function from strong competitive activities to leisure and recreational activities.
