安全视角下高校档案信息化建设

On Utilizing the Informatization Construction of University Archives from the Security Perspective

档案的利用数据表明,纸质档案是高校馆藏档案的主要载体形式,利用率与档案磨损程度成正比关系,对档案的质量安全构成威胁。档案信息化建设,电子文件逐步取代传统载体成为档案信息的主要形式,在数字环境下实现档案原件的安全保护。在传统档案安全保障的基础上建立电子文件的安全保障防范机制,构建档案安全保障体系。

The data of archive utilization shows that the paper file is a major carrier of form of university archives. The archives utilization and abrasion degree is proportional; therefore, paper file poses a threat to the quality and safety of archives. In the process of archives informatization construction, electronic file will become the main form of archives information through gradually replacing the traditional carrier and make the security protection to the original archives in the digital environment. Based on security prevention of traditional file, this paper puts forward the idea to establish security prevention mechanism of electronic file and construct archival security system.
