摘要
以西瓜品种嘉年华2号为试验材料,研究了不同分子量氨基多糖对西瓜产量和品质的影响。结果表明,不同分子量氨基多糖对西瓜的生长性状、品质和产量均有显著影响,其中以中分子量氨基多糖(100000﹤分子量≤500000)处理效果最显著。中分子氨基多糖显著增加了西瓜植株叶面积、茎粗和叶绿素含量,分别较CK增加3.5%、11.4%和19.4%;提高可溶性糖、VC和番茄红素含量,分别较CK增加20.6%、20.6%和10.5%;降低了可滴定酸16.3%,可提高西瓜植株单瓜质量6.6%,折合产量达45858.6 kg/hm2,显著高于其他处理。0.2%醋酸处理对西瓜的生长、品质和产量均无显著影响。因此,中分子量氨基多糖可显著提高西瓜产量,并改善品质,具有良好的应用价值。
The effects of different molecular- weight glycosaminoglycan on the yield and quality of watermelon variety"Jianianhua 2"were studied. The results showed that different molecular- weight glycosaminoglycan significantly affected the growth characters,quality and yield of watermelon,and the glycosaminoglycan with middle molecular weight( 100000 - 500000) had the most obvious effects. As compared with the control,the middle molecular- weight glycosaminoglycan significantly increased the leaf area,stem width and leaf chlorophyll content of watermelon plants by 3. 5%,11. 4% and 19. 4% respectively,enhanced the contents of soluble sugar,VCand lycopene by 20. 6%,20. 6% and 10. 5% separately,decreased the content of titratable acid by 16. 3%,and raised the single- melon weight by 6. 6%. The watermelon yield in the treatment of middle molecular- weight glycosaminoglycan reached 45858. 6 kg / hm^2,which was significantly higher than that in other treatments. The treatment of 0. 2% acetic acid had no significant influence on the growth,quality and yield of watermelon. Therefore,the application of middle molecular- weight glycosaminoglycan could increase watermelon yield significantly,improve its quality,and had good application value.
