山西省县域城镇化水平综合评价及其发展对策

Comprehensive Evaluation of Urbanization Level of Counties in Shanxi Province and Its Developmental Countermeasures

将熵值法、系统聚类法与GIS相结合,从经济、人口、社会3个方面选取了13个指标,构建了县域城镇化发展水平的综合评价体系,对山西省96个县域的城镇化综合发展水平进行了系统聚类,并从产业结构、农业科技、教育等方面分析了山西省县域城镇化水平差异、空间分异格局明显的原因,提出了调节产业结构、强化农业科技创新、培养应用型人才等对策。

Based on the combined utilization of threshold value method,systematical clustering analysis and Arc GIS,selecting13 indexes from the aspects of economy,population and society,this paper built a comprehensive evaluation system of urbanization level of county,and conducted systematical clustering analysis of urbanized comprehensive developmental level of 96 counties in Shanxi province. From the aspects of industrial structure,agricultural science and technology,education and so on,the author analyzed the reasons for obvious spatial variations in urbanization level of different counties in Shanxi province,and raised the following countermeasures： adjusting industrial structure,strengthening agricultural scientific and technological innovation,and cultivating applied talents.
