科学发展观视角下我国农村社会保障问题研究

Research on Social Security Problems in Rural Area of China from Perspective of Scientific Development Concept

在分析改革开放以来我国经济社会取得巨大成就的基础上,针对我国农村社会保障体制在发展中存在的覆盖面窄、保障项目少、保障水平低等问题进行了深入研究,同时系统阐述了科学发展观下农村社会保障事业发展的内涵,最后提出了在坚持科学发展观指导下,建立和完善我国农村社会保障体制的政策建议。

Based on the analysis of great economic achievements achieved since the social reform and opening- up in China,our researches focused on a few major problems existing in the currently established rural social security system,such as limited coverage,few security items,and low security level. Meanwhile,we systematically elaborated the connotations of rural social security development within the context of Scientific Development Concept. Finally,we proposed some policy suggestions about establishing and improving rural social security system under the guidance of Scientific Development Concept.
