摘要
以V2O5为成色基,Zr O2为载色母体制备钒锆黄色料并测试其色度值。采用L*、a*、b*系统研究钒锆黄色料色度变化的影响因素。结果表明V2O5与Zr O2的质量比(mV2O5∶mZr O2)对钒锆黄色料的呈色起着重要作用,最佳工艺参数为1000℃保温时间20~30 min氧化气氛下烧成,mV2O5∶mZr O2为5∶95时黄色最纯正。适量的Al2O3可以影响目标材料的合成。
Vanadium zirconium yellow pigment is prepared with vanadium pentoxide as color base and zirconium oxide as color matrix and its chroma is tested. Factors influencing the chroma variation of the yellow vanadium zirconium pigments is L*, a*, b* system. The results show that the mass ratio of V205 and ZrO2 ( m v205 : m zrO2 ) is critical for the color mechanism of the yellow vanadium zirconium pigment. The pigment shows best chroma when the material whose rn v205 : m ZrO2 is 5 : 95 that sintered under optimum process for lO-20min at 1000℃. A bit of Al2O3 can affect the synthesis of the target material.
