K/Ag-SBA-15催化剂用于低温苯甲醇气相选择性氧化制苯甲醛

K/Ag-SBA-15 catalysts in the selective oxidation of benzyl alcohol to benzaldehyde

摘要 采用浸渍法制备K/Ag-SBA-15催化剂,并在低温苯甲醇气相选择性氧化制苯甲醛反应中研究其催化性能。结果表明,对于0.5-K/Ag-SBA-15催化剂,在反应温度为240oC时,苯甲醇的转化率为96%,苯甲醛的选择性为94%。通过XRD、XPS对催化剂进行表征。由XRD结果发现,随着K,Ag摩尔比增加金属Ag颗粒在SBA-15孔道内的分散程度随之增加。另外,XPS结果分析发现,K2O可以使更多的电子富集在金属Ag颗粒表面。 K/Ag-SBA-15 catalysts was prepared by an impregnation method. Their catalytic performance was investigated in the gas-phase selective oxidation of benzyl alcohol to benzaldehyde. It was found that the 0.5-K/Ag-SBA-15 catalyst gave 96% conversion of benzyl alcohol and 94 % selectivity of benzaldehyde at 240℃. The catalysts were characterized by XRD and XPS. The results showed that increasing the amount of K2O could promote the metallic Ag particles disperse in the channel of SBA-15. XPS analysis found that
