摘要
以锡榍石的理论组成(摩尔比nCa O∶nSn O2∶nSiO2=1∶1∶1)为基础,采用固相法在1250℃氧化气氛下保温30min制备出铬锡红色料,并运用单因素分析法对合成样品进行了色度分析。结果表明:着色剂K2Cr2O7使色料向橙色偏移,对铬锡红色料呈色不利;Sn O2过量时,色料呈现明显的玛瑙红色;Ca O含量增加使红色加深,有利于铬锡红呈色。
Chrome-tin red pigment is prepared using solid phase method heating at 1250℃ 30 min under oxidizing atmosphere with the theolT consistent (mole ratio of nc.o : nSnO2 : nSiO2=1 :1 : 1). And the chromaticity analysis of synthetic samples is made by means of the single factor analysis method. The results shows that the colorant KECr207 makes pigment offset to orange that adverse to the chrome-tin red color material; too much SnO2 makes the pigment in agate red; increasing CaO content leads red color deepened and is inductive to coloring to the Chrome-tin red pigment.
