企业社会责任认识误区厘清与概念辨析

摘要 企业社会责任虽是当今研究的热点问题,但目前尚没有关于企业社会责任的统一定义。要想推动企业加大社会责任履行力度,就必须在梳理企业社会责任研究现状的基础上,厘清当今各界对企业社会责任的认识误区,分析其责任对象和具体责任内容,明确界定企业社会责任的概念及内涵,帮助企业树立正确的社会责任观,督促企业切实履行社会责任,构建与利益相关者的和谐关系,实现双赢和可持续发展。 Now corporate social responsibility is a hot academic study problem,but there is no unified definition of corporate social responsibility at present. In order to encourage enterprises to fulfill the social responsibility,it is urgent to clarify the misunderstanding of the corporate social responsibility form all circles based on the current situation analysis of corporate social responsibility,analyze the responsibility object and the responsibility content,clearly define the concept and connotation of corporate social responsibility,help enterprises establish the correct concept of social responsibility,urge the enterprises to fulfill the social responsibility,build the harmonious relationship with stakeholders,and achieve a win-win situation and sustainable development.
