摘要
顶岗实习对提高学生的专业技能有重要作用,加强对实习生的管理成为企业和学校的重要课题。通过分析酒店实习生在实习期不同阶段的心理活动变化,从酒店和学校两个方面提出有针对性的管理方法。
Post practice plays an important role in improving the students' professional skills. Strengthening the management of trainees has become an important subject for the enterprises and institutes. This paper analyzes the psychological change of hotel trainees in different stages of their practice,and put forward the corresponding management methods from two aspects of hotels and institutes.
