From the Form to the Substance: Optimization Strategies of the Cooperation between Higher Vocational Colleges and Enterprises

当前高职校企合作存在一些不足之处:合作协议多而实质合作少;合作培养过分集中于顶岗实习;校企科研合作、员工培训合作、文化建设与管理合作均过于简单;合作双方人员互动不足。其主要原因在于合作需要得不到有效释放,合作环境未能有效优化,合作模式有待创新,合作保障体系不够健全。优化高职校企合作,需要着力提升校企合作需求,创新校企合作模式,地方政府强力推动,加强合作机制建设。

The cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises has some undesirable phenomena：more cooperation agreements and less substantive cooperation; cooperative training focuses too much on post practice; cooperation between school and enterprise in scientific research,personnel training,cultural construction and management is too simple; interactive communication of both sides is inadequate. The main reasons lie in that the cooperation needs can not be effectively released,cooperation environment has failed to effectively optimize,cooperation mode should be innovative,cooperative security system is not perfect. The optimization of cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises requires the promotion of cooperation demand,the innovation of cooperation model,the strong impulse of local government,and strengthening the construction of cooperation mechanism.
