摘要
以"双师型"教师内涵为对比,对"双教能力"概念内涵进行解读,分析了双教能力教学团队建设在高职院校师资队伍建设和人才培养质量提升中的重要作用,并提出如何培养高职"双教能力"教学团队的策略建议。
Based on the comparison of concept of double - qualified teacher, this paper analyzes the connotation of bi -teaching capacity as well as the important role teaching group with bi -teaching capacity play in the construction of teaching staff and improving quality of talents training. As a result, this paper proposes some corresponding strategies.
