摘要
为了解不同区域中学生心理问题的特点和心理健康水平,采用随机抽样方法抽取陕西四所中学389人,应用自编心理健康教育问卷进行问卷调查。结果显示:73.6%的学生有学习问题,61.2%的学生有人际交往问题,42.2%的学生有情感问题,10.1%的学生有适应问题,中学生心理问题性别差异不显著;临潼中学学生心理健康水平最好;在学习维度上,四所中学差异显著,表现为临潼中学学习问题最少;在人际关系维度上,临潼中学显著好于其它三个学校;在对心理课的期待维度上,临潼中学的学生期待最高。不同区域中学生心理问题表现不同,需要有针对性的开展心理健康教育。调查结果为中学生心理健康教育提供了依据。
To explore the mental health and developmental characteristics in different areas and to provide information on mental health intervention, 389 middle school students from four different regions of Shaanxi province are selected by random sampling method. All participants are implemented with mental health scale educated by us. The results show that 73.6% of them have learning problems,61.2% interpersonal problems, 42.2% emotional problems, 10. 1% adapting problems, and the male and female of participants show no significant difference; Lintong middle school students'mental health is best; in learning dimension, four schools are significantly different. Students from Lintong middle school have least problems; on the interpersonal dimension, Lintong secondary significantly better than the other three schools ; on the dimension of psychological class expectations, Lintong high school students look forward to the highest. The mental health of middle school students is different among different areas, so there is need for targeted mental health education for different regions. Results provide the basis for middle school students mental health education.
