安徽"美好型"乡村治理的路径创新主要涉及:安徽"美好型"乡村治理的研究实况,以及在安徽"美好型"乡村治理路径创新过程中,政府和乡民间的作为与不作为、博弈与合作等关系。协同或者说均衡状态的形成取决于双方的策略认识与选择,特别是政府对自身行为的认识与选择。研究发现,提升安徽"美好型"乡村治理路径创新效果的关键路径是提升政府对自身行为的认识。基于对模型的改进,推出了在路径创新中提高政府作为、合作的策略选择。
