摘要
苏里格南部区块位于鄂尔多斯盆地天环坳陷构造,该区块表层黄土层厚,易发生井漏;中部延长组和刘家沟组层位裂缝发育,易发生井漏;中部直罗组煤层发育,稍操作不当易导致卡钻;下部地层压实程度高,机械钻速低,易出现钻头故障,导致钻井周期长。为此,通过苏南区块井下复杂预防技术研究,最大限度减少井下复杂事故,便于提高苏南区块钻井速度,缩短建井周期。
The southern block of Sulige Area was located in the Tianhuan Depression Structure of Ordos Basin,where the surface loess was thick,and lost circulation was easily induced.Fractures were grown in the middle Yanchang and Liujiagou Formations and lost circulation was easy to be induced,coal bed was developed in the central Zhiluo Formation,stuch sticking was easily caused by improper operation.It was highly compacted in the lower strata with low ROP,bit failure was easily caused and it would result in long drilling cycle.For this reason,the prediction technology of complex drilling situations in the southern block of Sulige Area is studied for minimizing the downhole complex accidents,for improving its drilling speed,shortening the well construction cycle.
