摘要
引发学术期刊编辑工作者职业倦怠的主要原因是:主观上职业热情减退,对自身发展缺少长远目标;客观上机构内部体制存在弊端,影响编辑同志的工作积极性。编辑工作者应调控好自我情绪,提高职业转变的能力,相关部门应在出版环境和奖励政策上对学术期刊进行鼓励和支持,以此延缓编辑职业倦怠的产生,促进学术期刊的健康发展。
The job burnout of academic journal editors will severely affects the editing efficiency and further affects the quality of the academic journals. The causes for job burnout are mainly as follows,reduction of occupational enthusiasm,lack of aims in self development and defects in internal systems,all of which affects the initiatives of editors. The author suggests that editors should adjust their own emotions and improve their own abilities to occupational changes. The paper finally points out that the department concerned should also set some concerning policies in supporting and helping the editing work so as to slow down the job burnout of editors and promote the sustainable development of academic journals.
