According to the investigation on users of historical lanes and streets, the paper analyzes some problems in the municipal infrastructure of historical streets and lanes, and points out the street and lane reconstruction model from the reconstruction approaches and implementation management, so as to reshape the landscape of historical lanes and streets and improve the facilities.
