摘要
对建立学习型监理组织工作中存在的问题进行了原因分析,结合监理企业的实际情况,探讨了监理公司及部门就监理学习培训的重点和方法,指出建立学习型监理组织是培养高素质监理队伍,提高监理组织竞争能力,适应市场形势变化的根本途径。
The paper analyzes problems existing in establishing learning-style supervision organization. In light of actual conditions of supervision enterprises, it explores supervision cultivation points and methods for supervision companies and departments, and finally points out the basic way of establishing learning-style supervision organization for cultivating high-quality supervision team, improving supervision organization competitiveness and adapting to market demands.
