谈我国绿色建筑发展现状及挑战与政策建议

在自然资源消耗、生态受损、污染严重的社会背景下,提出了发展绿色建筑的理念,针对绿色建筑具有初始建筑造价较高及外部性等特点,对绿色建筑的发展现状及存在的问题进行了分析,并给出了有效推动绿色建筑发展进程的建议。

Under the social background with consumption of natural resources, ecological damages, and serious pollution, the paper points out the idea of developing the green buildings, analyzes the development of the green buildings and some problems according to the features of the higher cost and external features of the green buildings, so as to provide some suggestions for the effective development of the green buildings.
