摘要
结合建筑施工企业定额的现状及作用,对定额编制的平均先进原则、以国家政策为导向原则、独立自主原则等进行了阐述,并从现场实测法、定额换算法、企业定额的编制过程三方面研究了定额的更新及发展,以节约资本,为企业争取最大化的经济利益。
Combining with the current status and role of architectural construction quota, the paper illustrates the even advanced principle of quota compilation, policy-oriented principle, and self-reliance principle, and researches the renewal and development of quota research from the site measurement method, quota conversion method and enterprise quota compilation, so as to save capital and maximize economic benefits.
