摘要
单向连杆式偏心轮压板夹紧结构,夹紧工件时,用手柄按顺时针方向转动偏心轮,通过杠杆扩大向下方向的夹紧力,此夹紧力通过压板对夹紧工件进行夹紧,同时保证了锁紧机构的锁紧状态;松开夹紧工件时,用手柄按逆时针方向转动偏心轮,活动钩板与固定钩板分离;用手将活动钩板按顺时针方向转动,压板和工件脱离。此结构能够实现自锁及夹紧功能,结构简单,操作方便,夹紧力大,只需轻轻转动手柄就能产生>300N的夹紧力。
When the eccentric clamp structure of one-way linkage type is used to clamp the workpiece, the eccentric wheel should be made to rotate clockwise by the hand shank. With the lever expanding the clamping force downwards, the clamping force can clamp the workpiece through the pressing plate and meanwhile keep the locking mechanism in the locking state. When the clamped workpiece is loosened, the eccentric wheel should be made to rotate in an anti-clockwise direction by hand shank to separate the active hook plate from the fixed hook plate. Then, the active hook plate should be made to rotate clockwise with hands to isolate the pressing plate from the workpiece. This structure can realize the functions of self-locking and clamping. Meanwhile, this simple structure characterized by convenient operation and large clamping force can also produce the clamping force of more than 300 N by turning the hand shank slightly.
