为了提高数控机床的加工精度,在系统中提高速度回路和位置回路的增益参数值,可以改善伺服系统的响应和刚性。因此可以减小机床的加工误差,提高定位速度。
In order to improve the machining accuracy of NC machine tools, and increase the gain parameters of the position loop and velocily loop wdues in the system, we can improve the response and rigidness of servo system. The machining error can therefore bereduced, which can improve the Ioeation speed.
