摘要
内冷油腔强制冷却是降低高强化柴油机活塞热负荷的有效方法,但内冷油腔冷却效果对冷却喷嘴有着较高的技术要求。为模拟活塞和喷嘴的实际工况,本实验台完成了活塞不同位置和正弦运动两种工况下的活塞打靶试验。
Forced cooling of the oil gallery is the effective way to reduce the heat load of high-enhanced diesel engine piston. However,the oil gallery has high demand on the technology of cooling nozzle. In order to simulate the actual working condition of nozzle and piston, the shooting test of piston in different positions and sinusoidal movement under the conditions of the experiment platform to complete well.
