摘要
本文分析了尾水管变形量较大的弊端,阐述了尾水管有限元数值计算对于整机运行的重要意义。以某电站机组尾水管为计算案例,通过模型的构建、网格的绘制、边界条件的加载等环节,得出了设计方案较为合理的结果,为同类型产品的加工、生产提供了理论支撑。
This paper analyzes the tail pipe of large deformation defects, expounds the significance of tail pipe of finite element numerical calculation. Taking a certain power plant unit for calculation of tail pipe case, through model building, grid drawing, the boundary conditions of the finite element analysis, it draws a conclusion that it is a more reasonable design scheme, and provides theoretical support for the processing, production of the same type products.
