摘要
本文以桥式起重机箱形主梁为研究对象,结合箱形主梁的结构及承载特点,在有限元分析软件ANSYS中对其进行了结构分析。采用ANSYS中的应用程序开发语言(APDL),编制了主梁的结构优化程序,完成了主梁的结构优化设计,得到了在满足强度、刚度的前提下主梁结构尺寸的最优结果,减轻了主梁重量,降低了制造成本。
This thesis chooses the box girder of the crane as the research object. Combined with the structure of box girder and load bearing characteristics, the structure is analyzed in the finite element analysis software ANSYS. With the application program development language(APDL), the structural optimization codes of the girder are programmed and the gird structural optimization design is finished. The optimal results are achieved on the fulfillment of the stiffness and the strength. The girder weight is decreased and the manufacture cost is reduced.
