透明质酸钠与吡柔比星在预防腺性膀胱炎术后复发效果的比较

Comparison of sodium hyaluronate and pirarubicin for the treatment effects to postoperative cystitis glandularis

目的评价透明质酸钠液在预防腺性膀胱炎术后复发的作用。方法将2010年5月至2013年1月山西省晋中市第一人民医院的73例经尿道等离子电切术后的腺性膀胱炎患者随机分为两组(膀胱内灌注无菌透明质酸钠液37例和吡柔比星注射液36例),对两组的复发率和灌注后膀胱刺激症状的发生率进行比较。结果透明质酸钠组复发率为0%,膀胱刺激症状发生率为0%;而吡柔比星组复发率为25.0%,膀胱刺激症状发生率为88.9%。结论膀胱灌注透明质酸钠液在预防腺性膀胱炎术后复发的疗效和安全性方面优于吡柔比星。

Objective To evaluate the effect of sodium hyaluronate in the prevention of recurrence of cystitis glandularis after transuresical resection.Methods 73 patientis with cystitis guandularis underwent transurethral resection of the plasma from May 2010 to January 2013 were randomly divided into two groups. The first group including 37 patients were injected with intravesical sterile sodium hyaluronate solution. The second group including 36 patients were applied with intravesical Pirarubicin injection. The recurrence rate and incidence of bladder irritation between the two groups were compared after intravesical instillation. Results In the first group, the recurrence rate was 0% and the incidence rate of bladder irritation was 0%. In the second group, the recurrence rate was 25.0% and the incidence rate of bladder irritation was 88.9%. Conclusion In terms of both efficiency and safety in the prevention of postoperative recurrence of patientis with cystitis glandularis, sodium hyaluronate solution was better than Pirarubicin injection.
