摘要
针对标准GB 18802.1—2011中第7.7.2.2条关于电涌保护器的热稳定性试验进行了研究与分析。介绍了电涌保护器热稳定试验的必要性和重要性,进行了试验,并对试验数据和温度曲线进行分析。最后对现阶段电涌保护器国内产品热稳定性试验的失败原因进行了归纳和分析,为相关研发人员提供指导。
This paper provided a study and analysis on the clause 7. 7. 2. 2 ＂thermal stability test＂in the standard GB 18802. 1—2011. Firstly,the necessity and importance of the thermal stability test was introduced. Secondly,the test was carried on,which was analyzed with test data and temperature curves. Finally,the failure cause of this test for present SPDs in China was summarized and analyzed. It could provide references for relevant research and development personnel.
